This mentorship is for those ready to address the "undercurrents" the personal imprints, biases, and internal "freezes" that arise when we are challenged, pushed, or navigating deep nuance in the room.

 Individual Clinical Consulting & Mentorship

These 60-minute sessions are high-level, private containers for deep-dive professional work. We address the specific clinical hurdles and internal blocks hindering your practice.

• The Strategy Session (Single): $167

• The 3-Session Focused Package: $580

• The 6-Session Mentorship Residency: $1,100

• Note: All 3 and 6-session packages include complimentary access to the Monthly Group Consult Circle during your term. As well as life time forum access

2. The Clinical Practice Circle (Monthly Group)

A dedicated space for collective processing and skill-building. We meet twice a month for a 1-hour facilitated group consultation. This is a collaborative environment to discuss complex cases, personal triggers in the workspace, and the development of unshakeable clinical authority.

• Investment: $67/month (Includes private forum access, If you decide to  stop the monthly group meets, you will still have lifetime access to the Community forum. 

 The Safety to Speak Community (Forum Access)

A lower-intensity option for those who want a secure peer environment to engage in professional discussions and access occasional live educational content.

• Investment: $49 (One-time access fee) This serves to protect the space and the conversation. 

The Deliverables

For all individual sessions, you will receive professional assets to ensure our work is integrated into your practice:

• The Session Blueprint: A comprehensive, structural breakdown of the themes, clinical insights, and interventions discussed in our call. I call this the "Costco style outline" I essentially take what we discuss in session and type out a comprehensive outline. Filled with information and guides to the resources to further expand your education and learning. 

• The Growth Map: A visual trajectory of your professional milestones, ensuring our work has a clear, measurable direction. I provide this map to keep your objectives visible and actionable, preventing the "out of sight, out of mind" drift and ensuring you stay aligned with your clinical mission.

• Tailored Clinical Refinement: Beyond our calls, I provide reflection prompts and drills specifically curated for your unique clinical gridlocks. These aren't generic; they are designed to help you navigate your own internal blocks and shadow, ensuring you show up to your sessions with unshakeable presence and readiness.
